Specifications of the building : 

The construction in Eschengasse 8 and 10 consists of two separated building units, which are connected by a basement car park with 50 parking spaces. These two building sections have got a ground floor and two upper floors. They make room for 13 apartments. The basement and the ramp construction are built of reinforced concrete. The upper floors are solid brick and reinforced concrete constructions.
