Specifications of the building : 

Housing estate with 14 individual units and consisting of two building elements. Each element has got an underground car park with 14 car parking spaces. The underground car park with the ramp is a reinforced concrete construction.
Beginning from the ground floor it is build of reinforced concrete and clay brick. The building has got broad terraces.
Due to the flexible room geometries it was necessary to transfer the loads of many construction parts indirectly.
Gross floor area incl. underground car park: ca. 1400m²
