Due to an improvement in the functionality of the existing structure and the lack of space in the functional areas, the intensive care monitoring areas, a new X-ray unit and the physiotherapy and the Interdisciplinary Centre for Surgical Research (IFC) on the second floor will be restructured or relocated in the west wing on the first floor. At the same time, the building equipment is to be installed from scratch. This requires structural measures from the basement to the 3rd floor. A new TGA centre will be built on the 3rd floor.
