Extension and remodelling of wards C1-C4 on the site of the ‘LKH Graz II, Standort Süd’.
The existing building will be reduced to the shell and the load-bearing structures
will be significantly modified. The gross floor area of the conversion is approx. 5,200m².
The extension is limited to a small bay window with a gross floor area of approx. 60m².
