In order to meet the high demands of “organic customers”, the new organic milling line must be installed 100% separately from the conventional existing lines, from the grain delivery to the finished product (on pallets or loaded in batches).
A combined organic mill for grinding wheat, rye and spelt will be built. A new flour silo in reinforced concrete sliding construction will be built. Grain reception and bulk loading will be integrated into the existing plant. Furthermore, a separate bagging plant will be built.

The planned new cylindrical anaerobic tank (digester) will have an internal diameter of 17.20m and a total height of approx. 21.00m.
The tank volume is 4,200.00m³. The tank will be built as a solid construction with pre-stressing, an enveloping metal façade incl. rock wool insulation as well as a green roof including a stair tower.
